The penthouse loft apartment that you’ll be staying in is that 3,000+ft.² Grand Ballroom & Meeting Lodge, called Castle Hall.
The building was finished in 1902 & was an immediate focal point of the Fayetteville, TN town square.
Lower floors were used for commercial purposes including the first public library of Fayetteville, numerous retail stores & an insurance company which occupied most of the second floor for 75 years which is still in business located across the street from The K. P. Building.
