Grandaddy’s Farm has been run by the Dixon family since early 1951.

The Dixon family has a vision to share the joys of farming, agriculture, and agritourism with their community. The Dixon brothers, fourth generation farmers, have now taken their place as the farmers of Grandaddy’s land.

For the Dixon brothers, the memories made on the farm were too precious not to share with the community and their love of agriculture makes it easy to continue the tradition started by their great-grandfather Charles 70 years prior.

Everyone needs to leave the farm with a pumpkin! (or 2 or 3…) All of our pumpkins, gourds, and winter squash are grown here on the farm. We plant each by seed in June and love on them hard!

At Grandaddy’s Farm we pride ourselves in growing some of the biggest and healthiest mums you have ever seen! Each year we start these plants off as rooted cutting that are about 4 inches tall and we pour lots of love into them to look big and beautiful for your front porch, or back porch or wherever you please!

Who doesn’t enjoy seeing the farm animals! We have all kinds from cute little pigs to sheep and goats. Feed is available for purchase at the market and ticket booth to feed all the animals.

The Bacon Run Pig Races are a fan favorite! Cheer on the pigs during the day at race time.

Fan Favorite treat is the apple cider donut! If you have never had one, eating one should be the first thing you do when coming to the farm. Made from scratch and fried on site daily. As they cool, we roll them in cinnamon sugar, making them extra special.

Grandaddy's Farm is a great place for fall family fun! With hayrides, corn maze, pig races, Landslide and all kinds of great fun for the whole family!
