Welcome to Buffalo River Resort!
We offer several ways to enjoy our property. From the top of the hill where the Sunset Lodge over looks the property. To hill top cabins in the trees. A holler with RV sites. Along the stretch of Buffalo River we have open primitive camping riverside. Or simply enjoy the beach for the day.
The Sunset Lodge sits atop the hill overlooking the property. It has four bedrooms furnished with a queen bed, flat screen tv and dresser in each. These bedrooms open into the common's area. The common's area has a full kitchen framed by a 15 seated bar/buffet. A big screen tv and four leather couches. Two full bathrooms. Two sets of french doors open onto the large covered deck. There are four picnic tables, two porch swings, and six rockers. With plenty of room to add your corn hole. Step down from the deck to a fire pit. For additional room the apartment can be rented to add a king bedroom and a queen bunk bed in the suite along with kitchen and full bathroom and private entrance.
Cabins suites are stretched out amongst the trees on the hillside behind the lodge. Each furnished with a queen bed, full kitchen, bistro table, sofa sleeper, and bathroom. A quaint covered front porch with two rockers. Heat/air and flat screen tv.
RV sites are nestled back in a horseshoe holler below the cabins. Each of the 30 sites are back in sites with plenty of room for any length RV. Each site has electric, 30/50 amp, water and sewer.
Primitive tent/hammock camping is along the flowing Buffalo River. Three locations one being back in the Buffalo Bluffs, above the beach and under the bridge. No site numbers just open landscape to enjoy nature. Bathhouse has hot showers, sinks and restrooms.
Our river floats are open for booking from May 1 to October 1, 7 days a week. We have Jackson kayaks, canoes, rafts, inflatable kayaks, paddle boards, cooler tubes, and inner tubes. We also will shuttle your personal kayaks and tubes. We DO NOT shuttle personal canoes. Haran's, Eagles and Otters are friends of the river. Keep your eyes wide open for nature along the way.
Don't let this summer pass without floating the Buffalo River or simply buying a beach pass for the day.
